Hooked is a free daily trivia game made by an independent developer. These are the plain-English terms for playing it and for the optional Hooked Pass.

01Playing

Anyone can play the daily haul for free, with no account. Be a good sport: no bots, scripts, scraping or anything meant to break the game or spoil it for others. Hooked is provided as is; it’s a small game and it may occasionally have bugs or downtime.

02Accounts

Accounts are optional and for players 13 and older. Keep your password to yourself, pick a nickname that isn’t your full name, and email us if you think someone else has used your account. We may close accounts that cheat or abuse other players.

03The Hooked Pass

The Hooked Pass is a one-time $5 purchase, not a subscription. It’s tied to the account you buy it on and includes unlimited casts, the Archive, no ads, and the crew and duel modes. Payments are handled by Stripe.

All sales are final. The pass unlocks the moment you buy it, so it isn’t refundable, except where the law where you live requires a refund. If something about your pass isn’t working, email support@hookeddailygame.com and we’ll fix it.

04Your content and ours

The game, its art, sounds and answer lists belong to Hooked. Names of real products, teams, characters and so on belong to their owners and appear only as trivia answers. Anything you type into the game as an answer or category idea may be used to improve the answer lists, without your name attached.

05Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the game grows; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@hookeddailygame.com. Our privacy notice explains what the game keeps about you.
